Dr Torline is based at Life Vincent Pallotti Hospital in Cape Town. His primary focus is providing outpatient care for adults (18 to 60 years). Patients requiring inpatient psychiatric care are admitted to Life St Vincent's Clinic. Dr Torline obtained his medical degree at the University of the Witwatersrand and then qualified in Psychiatry at the University of Cape Town.
